Facebook to Reach 1 Billion Users in August
According to a study by iCrossing – Digital Marketing Agency in the UK, they have estimated the continued growth of Facebook user numbers.
According to their study and the continued linear growth of Facebook users – it is expected Facebook will reach 1 Billion users/members by August 2012.

This will obviously be an enormous milestone for Facebook. Many western countries eg USA, UK, Australia and so on have about half their population already on Facebook (46% of the total Australian population is on Facebook) – meaning the new growth will now more than likely come from developing countries.
